Vertical and horizontal distribution center

The vertical and horizontal assignment function is to divide goods into warehouses at different levels.

Work Script:

1. The item ( max 550kg) is placed on the conveyor.

2. The height-adjustable conveyor is set to the correct level position.

3. All conveyors start.

4. When the goods reach the levels and the directional center is braked.

5. When goods reach levels and the directional center goes up to the right level and turns in the right direction.

6. Conveyors start. Goods move in the next direction in the right direction.

Technical Overview:

Maximum working weight: G = 5.5 kN

Movement on X ( horizontal) axis:

Sx = 5m, Speed Vx = 0.3m / sec.

Movement on the Z ( vertical) axis:

Sz = 1.2m, Speed Vz = 0.3m / sec.

Movement on XY ( horizontal) axis:

Sxy = 5m, Speed Vxy = 0.3m / sec.

Transfer Center

The function of the transfer center is to transport goods to warehouses at higher levels. 

Work Script:

1. The item ( max 250kg) is placed on the lower-level conveyor. Elevator conveyor platform in a lower position.

2. The lower and the elevator carriage start.

3. Both conveyors are braked When the product reaches the elevator platform.

4. Elevator lift starts.

5. When the elevator reaches the upper position, both conveyors start.

Technical Overview

Maximum working weight: G = 2.5 kN

Movement on X ( horizontal) axis:

Sx = 5m, Speed Vx = 0.3m / sec.

Movement on the Z ( vertical) axis:

Sz = 3.5 m, Speed Vz = 0.8m / sec.
