Rotating car platforms are designed to turn cars 180 degrees or rotate around their axis if the car is on an expo.
The main purpose of turning platforms is to turn vehicles in residences, parking lots, and other tight spaces.

The surface of the platform is made of corrugated metal or aluminum (epiurautė cicivisa ), painted using a primer coating according to GRACO technology with rubberized or coated wood.
Platforms for expo centers, we will manufacture according to the project submitted by designers, and we will select materials and production technologies.

The voltage used by the gears is 24V, 230V and 380V.
If the device is operated outdoors, the drives have an IP68 class.
The diameter of the platform can be 4.5m, 5m, 6m and 8m.

The platform is controlled by remote methods or by a button installed in a visible place.. ROTEXS rotary platforms have a unique central support design, where two bearings are installed. The upper bearing receives the radial load, the lower one receives the axial load. The lower ring of the upper bearing rests against the lower upper ring. (Scheme 1). Due to this design, the platform works very stably and is durable. Also, ROTEXS platforms have the lowest construction height, which is 200mm.

The main structure consists of a platform, a guide frame, and centering spacers. The platform is rotated by four or six gears (depending of platform capacity), which have four rubber wheels. The rolling stock is pressed against the guide rail with the help of springs. (Scheme No. 2). So, if the load of the platform does not exceed 3 tons, the platform is rotated with the help of friction. If the weight of the rotating vehicle exceeds 3 tons, the platform is rotated with the help of a gear drive.
